		<description>Thanks for your question Judy and I am glad you enjoyed the article. Plain has far less sugars and preservatives than the types with the fruit added.  You can add fresh blueberries or mash them up in the yogurt which is an anti-oxident - really good for people too.

		<description>Your recipes are great! I stopped feeding my dog "dogfood" when I found out he had Epilepsy. I hoped it would help him and it did. 

Dog food is easy but the side effects are just to nasty!  Thanks for the recipe. "Taz" will love you!</description>
