		<description>I teach and practice yoga.  My dog's name is Yogi, but not ONCE did I think to include him with actual yoga poses....what an oxymoron!!!!

I have to try that asap!

I'll take the advice of the walk/run before doing so though.

		<description>Yes I agree a good run before yoga is a great idea so that they can relax and enjoy the session.  Whoopie tends to hog the yoga mat also - after all they are the main attraction.

		<description>Yes, the dog will hog the Yoga mat! I found if I run him first he will let me share "his" mat.

The dog benefits from yoga and I always get several really good laughs each time!</description>
