Watch a Dog Improve with A Stem Cell Transplant
May 14th, 2008 by Teri
Stem cell research is improving the health of dogs, cats and horses with the new technique of transplanting fat cells alone. The procedure is not invansive, takes little time to heal and shows marked improvement in arthritic, hip dysplasia and other bone degenerative diseases.
The story of Dasha the German Shepard is fantastic and I will be interviewing a pet owner today who will give even more details on this remarkable stem cell transplant for dogs. Unlike human stem cell research for humans which has been stopped by the current Bush adminstration - animals are reaping the benefits of completely healing their conditions.
The best part it costs 1/5th of a bone transplant or hip replacements currently performed by veterinarians which costs thousands of dollars. Your dog could benefit also from stem cell research and live a pain free life with more activity and bounce in their step. For a vet in your area contact:
Stay tuned for further details, but watch this video.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was to see Dasha’s story on your site.
I hope her success spreads to every dog owner. It was important for me to do
the “before, during, and after”. When we were contemplating the procedure in
February, there was little documentation, such as video, to see what a dog goes
through.
I like your site and signed up but have not received an email. Should I sign up
again? Thanks for your time and sharing Dasha’s good news!!!!
Dear Anna Marie:
Thank you for your comments and I am sure the readers feel the same way to see Dasha’s improvements after the stem cell transplant. I believe the research in this field will continue to grow and benefit our pets. Thank you for allowing us all to learn from Dasha’s experience. If you signed up for the newsletter you will receive a confirmation email, check you spam controls and perhaps that email is in that folder. Or if not, sign up again and allow emails from: http://www.Doghealth1.com and it should come through.
Thanks again and keep us informed on Dasha’s progress.
