There is also a dog bowl with obstructions to slow them down that comes in metal - check out the Brakefast Bowl: https://brake-fast.c3.ixwebhosting.com/store/product.php?productid=8&cat=0&page=1&featured

Hi Teri,

What a neat idea, if I still had a dog. I have two cats though, but they don't push the bowl around like dogs do!

What a great idea this is I was wondering if I could use several types of food in the same bowl using the smaller portions? Definitely this is an improvement over regular bowls.

Great post. Right now my dog eats mannerly but this would have been great for a few of my other dogs.

Would this work for cats?

My dog Kramer is always grabbing my other dog's food because he eats his first. Its a battle just to keep them from fighting over food sometimes. I try to feed them at different times and that doesn't work either. At least with this bowl I can see it will slow them down and am going to order some bowls. Great idea.
